MULLER offers robotic automation for tilt mold, form, and place & trim thermoforming processing. Our equipment collects molded product from the thermoformer for stack creation and subsequent presentation to either the operator for manual packing or as an option, an integrated MULLER case packing system.
The thermoforming process demand a robust , reliable and extremely fast automation system. The Muller high-speed retrieval is the perfect product to meet the needs of this technology and fulfill Customer expectations.
Capable of following a cycle time of 2 seconds for a mold of up to 144 cavities, presenting perfect stacks of products to the operator or to the automatic case packer, Muller provides optimal solutions for thermoforming applications.
Muller solutions are designed and can be customized to handling different products type and different numbers of cavities.
